Another Enforcer origonal designed over 25 years ago. This device really cleans up your act and makes your rigging look professional. When ever a water hose or gas tube passes through a bulkhead or transom, use this device to do it right! Simply drill a 1/4″ hole and install the device through securing it with the lock nut. Now insert a end of each hose to make a great looking and non-restricted pass-through.
